Delivery Terms

Delivery or finishing periods are always in consultation with the customer, in case of unforeseen problems with the delivery of the goods to 5dcor the customer will be informed of this and the customer will be given the opportunity to cancel the purchase.

In the event of possible breakage or manufacturing faults, we reserve the right to have 3% deviation in the number of products to be delivered.

In case of incorrect shipping information we will charge shipping costs again for a second shipping. For shipments that have to be split to different addresses, we will also repeatedly charge the corresponding shipping costs to the customer.

If transport is arranged by yourself we are not liable for damage or loss during transport.
