More information on ordering

When ordering, there are a few points that need to be taken into account:

1. The colors of the print are always approached with with the help of PMS colors and / or CMYK colors, only on the precious metal-containing colors an extra price will be calculated depending on the color and quantity required.

2. When supplying a logo we ask for a clear image, preferably with a vector file, for example, .cdr, .eps, or .ai

   If a different file is supplied, this can sometimes entail design costs, the files that are also accepted are, for example, .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .pdf.
   

3. The maximum dimensions for the logo, if the product allows for the specified price to always be 45 mm x 45 mm, unless otherwise stated.

4. The special instructions are for the desired colour(s), placement, as well as certain actions. Some actions that are requested to be executed will result in an additional charge.

5. The printing is always about 1 logo, if several logos have to be printed you can best contact us by mail to obtain adjusted prices.

6. Every order is checked by us first and then, if the order is correct, a delivery term to be agreed with the customer. This delivery period is not binding and only an indication of the latest delivery date. The customer will always be notified when the work is finished.

7. The payment always takes place before the printing starts, and only when the payment has been received will the aforesaid delivery period be in effect.

These points are binding and will only deviate if there is a clear written agreement.
